摘 要:高职院校就业与创业指导课程承担的不仅是择业与创业知识和技巧的传授,更应该承担学生职业素养的培育任务。高职生的职业素养由保障要素、拓展要素、支撑要素三方面构成。就业与创业指导课程应强化人本性,凸显职业性,注重隐形性。其课程目标可从知识、能力、素质三个维度构建,可从职业规划、就业指导、创业指导三个方面以模块形式架构,就业与创业指导课程设计要贯穿职业教育的全过程。The employment and entrepreneurship guidance curriculum in higher vocational schools is not only responsible for career commitment and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills impartation,but also bear the task of professional quality training of students.The professional quality of higher vocational school students comprises of protection elements,expanding elements and support elements.The employment and entrepreneurship guidance programs should strengthen humanitism,stand out professionalization and pay attention to invisible nature.The curriculum objectives can be built from three dimensions of knowledge,ability and quality,and it also can be built from career planning,employment guidance and entrepreneurship guidance by the module structure,employment and entrepreneurship guidance curriculum design should run through the entire process of vocational education.
