摘　　要：4-噻唑酮化合物是一类药理学活性广泛的化合物。本文简要介绍对于此类化合物的结构和活性研究。讨论了此类化合物抗菌活性、抗炎活性、抗癌活性等方面的研究进展,阐述了其在药物化学设计合成中的重要作用。Because of the broad and potent activity, 4-thiazolidinones has established as one of the biologically important scaffolds. The recent progresses on the antibacterial, antibiofilm, antiinflammatory and anticancer activities of 4-thiazolidinones have been discussed in this paper. And the importance of the 4-thiazolidinones in medicinal chemistry is represented.
