摘 要:针对装备维修保障系统在精确性与复杂性方面的特点,提出了装备自主维修保障技术体系的研究思路。在分析装备维修保障需求与发展的基础上,概括了装备自主维修保障体系的框架结构、运行特点与技术体系结构,总结了装备自主维修保障系统的核心是装备故障预测与维修保障网络结构,并分别从维修保障网络建模与分析、维修保障行为触发与响应策略、维修决策优化以及维修保障资源网络的动态重构与资源配置方面对其技术体系进行了分析。According to the characteristics of precision and complexity appearing in equipment maintenance logistics,a research area of equipment autonomic logistics was proposed.Based on general analysis of equipment maintenance requirements and logistics system evolvement,the system architecture and technology architecture of equipment autonomic logistics were described,the core of equipment autonomic logistics was summarized as fault prognostics and maintenance logistics networks architecture,and the technology architecture of autonomic logistics was analyzed.The technologies involved modeling and analysis on maintenance logistics networks,trigger and respond strategy on maintenance logistics behavior,maintenance decision optimization,and dynamic networks reconnection and resource reconfiguration.
