摘  要:椰心叶甲啮小蜂Tetrastichus brontispae是椰心叶甲Brontispa longissima的寄生性天敌。研究该小蜂的行为发现,雄蜂复眼在交配过程中起重要作用,为此利用扫描电镜对其复眼进行观察。结果表明:雌蜂复眼长椭圆形,外凸,小眼约267个;雄蜂复眼近椭圆形,略外凸,小眼约285个。雌、雄蜂复眼中心区域小眼排列较紧密,多为较规则的六边形,边缘区域小眼排列不紧密,多为不规则四至六边形,且少量相邻小眼的间距较大。雌、雄蜂复眼小眼面积分别为124.931、19.90μm2。雌、雄蜂复眼中心区域近背区小眼间着生少量感觉毛。Tetrastichus brontispae Ferrière is an important parasitoid of the coconut leaf beetle,Brontispa longissima(Gestro) at pupal stage.It was found that the compound eyes of male chalcid of T.brontispae played an important role in copulation behavior.The compound eyes of T.brontispae were observed by scanning electron microscopy in this study.Results showed that the compound eyes of female chalcid were long oval and outward convex,composed of about 267 ommatidia.The compound eyes of male chalcid were oval and slightly outward convex,composed of approximate 285 ommatidia.The ommatidia in the central region were in regular hexagon and lined closely,while those in the rim were in irregular quadrangle,pentagon or hexagon and not close,the space between the individual ommitidium was very big.The areas of ommatidium of female and male chalcid were 124.93 μm2 and 119.90 μm2,respectively.There were some sense hairs between the ommatidia near dorsal area in the central region of compound eye of male and female.
