用科学发展观推进宁夏高校数字化图书馆建设跨越式发展

摘　　要：随着西部经济的发展,宁夏高校办学规模不断扩大,教学、科研水平等方面有了很大的提升,部分高校实现了跨越式发展。师生对信息的需求成几何级数增加,作为高校"三大支柱"之一的图书馆数字化建设不容乐观。分析了宁夏高校数字化图书馆资源建设的状况和不足,用科学发展观的相关论点指出了建设此项工程的对策,以期与同行探讨。With the development of China’ s western economy and the continuous expansion of the higher educational instructional scales,the teaching and scientific research in higher educational institutions have been improved significantly,meanwhile,some universities achieved great-leap forward development,these development have created great demand for information.As one of the three pillars,the current situation of the construction of digital libraries is not optimistic.This essay analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of the construction of digital libraries in colleges and universities in Ningxia and the essay also analyzes how to use the scientific outlook of development in this construction project.
