从馆员角度探析高校信息利用服务体系的构建

摘　　要：馆员是高校信息利用服务工作的主体。分析了现行信息利用服务体系中馆员的制约因素,并以馆员为主体,从发挥主观能动性、更新服务观念、转变角色、建立自律制度等方面对构建高校信息利用服务体系作了探析,从而为提高信息资源利用率提供新的途径。Librarians are the subject of the information utilization and service system in university.We analyze the restrictive role of librarians in the current information utilization and service system.Based on the subject of librarians,we also explore and analyze the construction of the university information utilization and service system from aspects of promoting librarians’ motivations,updating service concept,transiting roles,and establishing self-discipline system,and so on,so as to provide a new approach for improving the information utilization efficiency.
