摘　　要：为了能够及时获知特殊人群的方位,给出了基于GPRS和GPS的特殊人群自动定位系统的设计方法。该系统硬件采用ARM7内核嵌入式处理器LPC2103,包括最小系统电路、电源电路、晶振电路、I2C以及复位电路、GPRS接口电路、GPS接口电路。软件采用uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,通过使用6个任务实现系统功能,并给出了每个任务的实现方法。最后制作了样机,实验确定了系统的定位精度在6m以内,并选取3点进行了自动定位实验,达到了预期的目的。In order to acquire the position of the special people in time,the design uses ARM7 core embedded processor LPC2103 and uC/OS-Ⅱ operation system.Hardware structure and software relation method of the people automation position system is proposed.The hardware circuit includes LPC2103 core circuit,power,crystal,I2C,reset,GPS interface,GPRS interface.Six tasks are used to realize the function of the system.Every task＇s relation method is gave.Test machine is made.The test indicates that the system＇s position precise reach 6m.The automatic location test three sites is made.The system realizes all function which are required by the system.
