摘　　要：创业投资家之间因辛迪加而建立关系,进而随着辛迪加的广泛应用而形成创业投资辛迪加网络。创业投资辛迪加网络研究获得了一些成果,主要体现于:1创业投资辛迪加网络结构测度的实证测量;2创业投资辛迪加网络的演化动力学研究;3创业投资辛迪加网络的治理机制研究;4创业投资辛迪加网络的绩效研究。在研究问题和研究方法等层面上创业投资辛迪加网络研究均存在着不足。The venture capital syndicate network is established and developed because of ties between venture capitalists. According to literature review,research in the venture capital syndicate network develops very slowly and can be classified into the empirical measurement,the evolutionary dynamics,the governance mechanism and the performance measurement of the venture capital syndicate network. The paper argues that deficiencies exist in both research objectives and methods.
