摘　　要：目的通过对老年痴呆患者临床症状的观察和护理，总结一些对痴呆患者的的有效护理措施方法对156例老年痴呆患者临床症状及日常生活进行回顾性分析结果经过精心护理，156例老年痴呆患者例中有146例患者生存情况良好。因肺部感染并发心表死亡6例，家人接出院无系统治疗死亡4例。结论有针对性的护理和康复训练对改善老年痴呆患者的症状、提高生命质量具有重要意义。Objective Through to the senile dementia patient clinical symptoms＇ observation and nursing, summarizes some to the stupid patient the effective nursing measure.Methods Carry on the review analysis to 156 example senile dementia patient clinical symptoms and the daily life.Analysis After nurses carefully, in 156 example senile dementia patient example has 146 example patients to survive the situation to be good.
