摘 要:矿山机械运行中发生的安全事故列煤矿生产事故的第四位,其中运输机械发生的事故占多数,因而有效预防遏制矿山机械的重大事故对于改善煤矿安全生产形势具有重要意义。本文针对矿井提升机制动器故障预防以及过卷墩罐事故、带式输送机打滑和断带事故、斜井提升矿车失控跑车事故的防控装备进行了研究,对煤矿救灾机器人进行了介绍。The accidents occurred in mining machinery operation occupy the fourth place of the total accidents in China coal mining, among the most of them belongs to conveying operation, such as hoisting, belt conveyer and inclined hoisting. Therefore, developing new safety protection equipments to avoid the accidents in mining machinery operation is very important to accident reduction in China coal mines. In this paper, the design of hydraulic station with high reliability for hoisting brakes, protection equipments for over-winding and bottom crash of cages, automatic hydraulic tension equipments for belt conveyer, and catch equipments for tramcars are introduced. The rescue robot to be applied in coal mines is also shown.
