摘 要:利用机械振动理论及弹性动力学原理,建立了植树挖坑机钻头工作扭转振动模型,并用有限差分法得到钻头扭转振动仿真模型;系统地分析了钻头下端部件与土壤的相互作用力、钻头重力及惯性力等因素的耦合,给出了动态的边界条件和初始条件。运用自行开发的软件进行仿真实验,通过现场实验验证,证明了所建模型及所开发的软件的正确性和有效性。为整机动态特性研究,合理预测和控制钻头的运动规律,改善钻头的动力学特性,提高钻头工作效率及改进设计方法提供了理论依据。A torsional vibration model of auger-bit of the digging machine for tree planting was established based o the theory of mechanical vibration and the principle of elastic dynamics, and its simulation model was obtained b the finite difference method. The interaction force between the bottom of auger-bit and soil, auger-bit gravity an inertia was analyzed systematically, and the dynamic boundary condition and initial condition were given by th spatial kinematics. The simulation experiment was conducted with the software exploited by the authors. Based o the spot testing, the results show that the established model and the exploited software are correct and effectiv which can provide the theoretical basis for studying the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine, forecastin and controlling the movement rule of auger-bit rationally, improving the dynamic characteristic of auger-bi enhancing the efficiency of auger-bit and improving the design method of auger-bit.
