摘 要:在对多孔分散微结构混合器内流动现象进行分析的基础上,选择标准的k-ε模型和多环境模型,以商业CFX软件为基本工具,建立了模拟多孔分散微结构混合器的几何模型,对于孔半径为10,20,30,50,70μm的微结构混合器内的流动、混合性能进行了模拟,并利用模拟结果讨论了孔径、流速等因素对于混合性能的影响规律。A multipore microtructured mixer has been developed by our group,our experimental results show that the micromixer has very high mixing performance.This paper presents the CFD simulation results for better understanding of the performance of the micromixer.A k-ε model has been used to simulate the flow field and mixing performance,combining with a generalized micromixing model.The flow field and mixing performance for the pore size from 10μm to 70μm have been simulated.The simulated results indicate that the flow field is relatively uniform and the mixing rate is very fast.With the increase of flow rates and decrease of the pore size,the mixing performance will be intensified greatly.
