摘 要:将可靠性引入到救援设施影响范围的评价中,运用GIS技术对路网数据进行建模,并以.NET+ArcEngine开发环境为例介绍如何对模型进行网络分析,找出最短路径,计算求援点相对于救援设施点的可靠性;在此基础上构建不规则三角网,采用内插的方法对基于可靠度的影响范围分级渲染;最后将上述成果与以时间为标准分级渲染的范围进行叠置与分析。这样即得出在规定时间内最可靠的影响范围,用该结果对救援设施的影响范围评价。由于考虑了路网的交通运行状态满足规定功能的可能性,评价将具有更高的可信度,并能够为管理者对救援设施的选址提供决策支持。This article introduces the reliability to evaluation of the affected areas from rescue facilities. It models data of the networks with the GIS technology, takes the .NETArcEngine development environment for example to explain how the model finds the shortest path, and calculates the reliability of the points, which need help, from the rescue facilities. Then a TIN is made, in order to help with the grade rendering after interpolation of reliability data on the TIN. Finally, an overlay analysis take place, using data of rendering results based on reliability and limited time. The result of the overlay analysis is the most reliable affected areas in limited time; with it we can evaluate the influence of rescue facilities. As this result takes the possibility of whether the traffic condition won’t be fall short of the needs into account, the evaluation will more believable, and it will also give supports to the decision of choosing rescue facility site.
