摘　　要：牙周炎是发生在牙周组织的一种慢性进行性破坏性的疾病,牙周组织破坏后很难再生,促进牙周组织的重建和再生是近年来口腔医学研究的热点和难点之一。牙周组织再生问题的解决给口腔再生医学,乃至再生医学提供新的理论指导,给牙周炎、牙槽骨缺损、种植牙等治疗提供新的技术方法。现主要针对各种生物材料的种类及其在牙周组织再生中的作用予以综述。Periodontitis is a a chronic progressive devastating disease occurring in periodontal tissues. The destruction of periodontal tissue makes its regeneration difficult while how to promote the reconstruc- tion and regeneration of periodontal tissues has been a research hotspot in recent years. Periodontal tissue regeneration is a new solution to oral regenerative medicine, and even regenerative medicine, including new regimens of periodontiti~, alveolar bone defects, and dental implantation. This paper reviews various types of biomaterials and their roles in periodontal tissue regeneration.
