摘　　要：三氧化二砷作为我国中药应用已久,近年来多用于一些恶性肿瘤的治疗。在分子生物学方面,三氧化二砷诱导细胞凋亡,抑制血管内皮生长因子表达,诱导雌激素受体重新表达,逆转多药耐药;在动物实验方面,三氧化二砷和化疗药物均有较强抑瘤作用,降低微血管密度和血管内皮生长因子表达,联合用药抑瘤作用增强。现将三氧化二砷在乳腺癌方面的研究进展予以综述。Arsenic trioxide applies as our country traditional Chinese medicine by the long time, in recent years are used for the treatment of certain malignant tumors, In molecular biology,Apoptosis induced by arsenic trioxide, Inhibition the vascular endothelial growth factor expression, Induced re-expression of estrogen receptor,reversal muhidrug resistance; In animal experiments, Arsenic trioxide and chemotherapeutic drugs have strong inhibitory effect, Reduce the microvessel density expression and the vascular endothelial growth factor expression,Enhanced antitumor effect in combination. The paper＇s experimental arsenic trioxide in cancer research are reviewed.
