摘　　要：目的 探讨Z350纳米复合树脂修复前牙缺损的疗效和美观满意情况.方法 将186例248颗牙体缺损的前牙随机分成三组,分别采用3M ESPE Filtek Z350通用型纳米复合树脂和Z250复合树脂及specturmTPH光固化树脂,粘结剂使用3M Single Bond2粘结剂、Prime＆BondNT粘结剂.评价修复完成时及修复1年后满意度和临床疗效.结果 术后即时比较,A、B、C三组间满意度均无显著性（P＞0.05）.术后一年后比较,A组满意57例,高于B组48例（P＜0.05）及C组的45例（P＜0.01）： B组与C组满意度比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.术后一年疗效A组成功率95.6%,高于B组的86.6%（P＜0.05）以及C组的81.3%（P＜0.01）.结论 3MESPE Filtek Z350通用型纳米复合树脂修复前牙缺损,美观性及粘固性和强度都较好,是较理想的前牙缺损修复材料,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the efficacy of Z350 nano composite resin in the repair of front teeth defects. Methods 186 patients （248 tooth body defects） were randomly divided into 3 groups. Filtek ESPE 3M Z350 general-purpose uano composite resin, Z250 composite resin, or spectrum TPH light-cured resin were used for treatment. Then one-year satisfaction and clinical efficacy were assessed. Results Satisfaction was slightly higher in group A than in groups B and C （P〉0.05）, but the difference was not statistically significant. One year after the repair, the efficacy of satisfaction was greater in group A than in group B （P〈0.05） and was obviously higher than group C （P〈O.01）, but slightly higher in group B （P〉0.05）, but the difference was not significant. Conclusions 3M ESPE Fihek Z350 general-purpose nano composite resin for front teeth defect repair is materials and is worth popularizing. It has better intensity and beauty for teeth repair.
