摘 要:以6个陆地棉材料、4个海岛棉材料为供试材料,测定了棉花整个发育进程中可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,分析了陆地棉、海岛棉发育进程中可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量的变化差异。结果表明,陆地棉和海岛棉比较,可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量有相似的变化规律,但其绝对含量有差异;脯氨酸含量陆地棉和海岛棉有不同的变化规律。推测陆地棉、海岛棉的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸可能有不同的生理生化调控机制。The four varieties of island cotton and six varieties of cotton were used as the experimental materials, the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline were measured and their differences were analyzed between island cotton and upland cotton throughout the growth and developmental process of cotton.The results showed that there was a similar changing law about soluble protein and soluble sugar, but there was a significant difference among their absolute concentration; Proline contents had a different changing law between island cotton and upland cotton by comparing upland cotton with island cotton.That suggested that there may be different physiological and biochemical regulatory mechanism about soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline between island cotton and upland cotton.
