摘  要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取和分子蒸馏技术获得烟叶中的香味成分,然后应用于卷烟中。研究了超临界CO2流体萃取工艺优化和分子蒸馏技术的分离工艺,GC-MS指纹分析香气物质分布,并比较了添加烟草香味成分前后卷烟口感的变化。结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取的最佳工艺为用原料重量的15%的80%乙醇溶液作为夹带剂、萃取压力为30MPa,萃取温度50℃,分离釜I压力12MPa、温度40℃,分离釜Ⅱ压力9MPa、温度35℃,萃取时间为2h;分子蒸馏最佳工艺为进料速度0.8~1.0mL/min、真空度15~20Pa、加热温度60℃,冷却温度10~12℃、转速260r/min。烟草香味成分具有提调烟香、丰富烟香、改善香气质,且与烟香较协调的作用。Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction combined with molecular distillation technology to obtain the aroma constit in tobacco, and then back to tobacco.Supercritical fluid CO2 extraction and molecular distillation separation technology optimized that the distribution of fragrance material was analyzed by GC-MS fingerprint, and compared with the changes.The results showed that the optimum extraction was as follows: 30MPa for the extraction pressure, 50℃ for th traction temperature, 12MPa and 40℃ for the desorptionⅠ, as well as 9MPa and 35℃ for the desorptionⅡ.The entr was 80% ethanol solution with the proportion of 15% to the raw materials, and the extraction time was 2h.The opti condition for molecular distillation: feeding rate was 0.8~1.0mL/min, vacuum 15~20Pa, heating temperature was 60℃, ing temperature was 10~12℃, the speed of thin film was 260r/min.The aroma constituents promoted the smoke of toba enriched the smoke of tobacco, and it had improved the scent.
