华北平原地区宅基地不合理利用的成因及对策分析

摘　　要：长期以来,华北平原地区农村宅基地利用存在诸多不合理现象,虽经多次治理,始终没有明显效果。选取较有代表性的涿州市为研究对象,通过对案例、数据的分析,从理论与实证的角度,阐明了宅基地不合理利用的深层原因并提出相应的对策。Ever since a long time ago, lots of problems, such as oversize, bad utilization ratio, disordered layout, existed in the utilization of rural house site of northern China.Although it had governed repeatedly, but less effects.Zhuozhou city of Hebei province was chosen as object and Shangzhuang village of Gaoguanzhuang town of Zhuozhou city as typical case, in order to expound the necessity and method of eliminate the house site waste, from angle of theory and reality.First of all, the thesis defines and specifies the ＂house site waste＂ and its manifestation; then analysis the actuality and reason in the case of Shangzhuang village of Gaoguanzhuang town.In the final, the thesis came up with solution, to propose for elimi- nating the house site waste of China.
