结肠康Ⅰ号对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IL-6、IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠康Ⅰ号对溃疡性结肠炎的修复作用及对血清IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为4组,分别为正常对照组、模型组、结肠康I号大、小剂量组。以5%2、4、6,三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导大鼠形成结肠炎症,实验完成后处死大鼠,观察大体形态学及组织病理学改变,并采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠的血清IL-6、IL-10的水平。结果:结肠康Ⅰ号能有效提高大鼠血清IL-10含量,降低IL-6含量,并对损伤的大肠黏膜有明显的修复作用。结论:结肠康Ⅰ号对大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,其作用机制可能与调节机体的免疫有关。Objective：To investigate the repair on ulcerative colitis and affect on serum IL-6,IL-10 of Jiechangkang No1.Methods：60 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： normal control group,model group,Jiechangkang No1 large dose group and small dose group.With 5% 2,4,6,-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBs）induced the formation of colonic inflammation,rats were sacrificed to observe the general morphology and histopathological changes,and detected by radioimmunoassay rats serum IL-6,IL-10 levels.Results：The Jiechangkang No1 can effectively improve rats serum IL-10 levels and lower IL-6 levels,and significantly repair damage in colorectal mucosa.Conclusion：Jiechangkang No1 has a significant effect on experimental ulcerative colitis,its mechanism may be related to regulating the body＇s immunity.
