水凝胶L900对米糠油脱色效果研究

摘　　要：众所周知,米糠油脱色较为困难,一般常用活性白土进行脱色处理,但其脱色效果往往并不理想;为此,试用水凝胶L900和活性白土对米糠油进行脱色对比试验,结果表明,水凝胶L900脱色效果显著。有四个因素影响水凝胶脱色效果,即:水凝胶L900添加量、处理时间、加热温度、搅拌速度;经试验,最佳工艺条件为:水凝胶L900添加量2%、处理时间20 min、加热温度110℃、搅拌速度200 r/min;在此条件下,经脱色后米糠油色泽黄35、红3.5,优于活性白土脱色。The effects of rice bran oil bleaching were studied in this paper by using hydrogel and active earth.Experimental results show that the decolori–zing effect of hydrogel is remarkable.Four factors affecting decolorizing effectare the addition of hydrogel L900：amount of L900,time,temperature,stirring rate,respecti–vely.Among these facors,the addition of hydrogel L900 is the most important one.The best conditions is amount of L900 2%、time 20 min、temperature 110℃、stirring rate 200 r/min.
