摘  要:针对沥青路面下封层因层间接触条件和粘结性能不良而导致薄沥青面层易出现滑动、推移等早期破坏的问题,采用BISAR 3.0程序计算分析了层间不同接触状态时的下封层剪应力分布,并选用70#道路石油沥青、SBS改性沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青3种下封层粘结材料与不同粒径、不同撒布量的集料铺筑下封层试验段,对试验路芯样进行不同温度下的直剪试验,并应用数据分析软件Origin 8.0分析了封层层间抗剪强度的影响因素,进而确定了封层SBS改性沥青最佳洒布量为1.7~2.0 kg.m-2、石料适宜粒径为5~10 mm、最佳覆盖率为40%~50%。结果表明:良好的层间处治能够大幅提高沥青路面疲劳寿命,防止夏季高温时行车荷载作用下路面层间出现滑移而导致的结构性破坏。Aimed at the problem that asphalt pavement may damage with the lack of shear strength caused by poor bonding and contact state between the lower seal coats,authors calculated and analyzed the shear stress distribution of the lower seal coat in different contact states between layers with BISAR 3.0.Then,70# asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and SBS modified emulsified asphalt were used for bonding material,and a trial road with different sizes and amounts of aggregates was built.By using direct shear test in different temperatures and analyzing the test result with Origin 8.0,authors studied the influence factors of shear strength between lower seal coats,and determined that the optimum size is 5 mm to 10 mm,coverage rate of the aggregate is 40% to 50%,and the suitable range of spreading quantity of SBS modified asphalt is 1.7 kg·m-2 to 2.0 kg·m-2.The results indicate that with the good treatment between layers,the life of asphalt pavement may increase largely,and can prevent the asphalt pavement damage from pavement interlayer slip under heavy load in summer.
