摘 要:对随机市场需求下的3层动态供应链网络中供应链收益及顾客满意度的多目标均衡问题进行研究。假设产品价格是市场随机需求的函数,构建了最大化供应链网络收益和顾客满意度的多阶段随机优化模型,根据变分不等式构建了供应链网络各节点的均衡模型,并应用改进的Gold-stein-Levitin-Polyak投影算法进行求解和检验。结果表明:过分追求顾客满意度将会减少供应链网络各节点之间的产品供应量,并影响到供应链网络的稳定状态。The multi-objective equilibrium problems between the revenue and the satisfaction degree of customer in three tiers supply chain network under the random market demand were studied.The multi-phase random optimization model of maximizing supply chain network profit and the satisfaction degree of customer was proposed based on the assumption that the price of product is the function of the market random demand.Then,according to variational inequality,equilibrium model of all the nodes of the supply chain was derived.The modified Goldstein-Levitin-Polyak projection algorithm was used to solve and test the proposed models.Results show that the satisfaction degree of customer tends to reduce the amount of product flow between the nodes of the supply chain network and influences on stability state of supply chain network.
