早期康复训练对卒中后吞咽困难的恢复疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍康复的方法及疗效。方法治疗组36例,对照组27例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上辅以吞咽训练,利用洼田饮水试验评定治疗14d时吞咽功能的恢复,与对照组疗效进行对比观察。结果经康复治疗后36例治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗可明显促进脑卒中后吞咽能力的恢复。Objective To observe the effect and therapy on patients with swallow disturbance after stroke.Methods 63 patients with swallow disturbance after stroke were divided into the treatment group （n=36） and the control group randomly （n=27）.The patients in the treatment group were treated with the swallow training and routine treatment,while the patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment only.The Wa-Tian Drinking test was used to evaluate the swallow function of the patients in two groups before and after 14 days treatments.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group after treat are higher than the control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment with swallow training can make the patients with swallow disturbance after stroke improves significantly.
