散发性嗜铬细胞瘤中希佩尔林道蛋白与缺氧诱导因子-α的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论希佩尔林道蛋白和缺氧诱导因子-α在散发嗜铬细胞瘤中的相关性及临床意义。方法:免疫组织化学法研究pVHL和HIF-α在40例散发嗜铬细胞瘤及20例正常肾上腺髓质中的表达。结果:pVHL在散发性嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达和正常肾上腺髓质中的表达无显著差异(P=0.502>0.05),HIF-1α和HIF-2α在散发性嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达明显高于正常肾上腺髓质中的表达(P=0.012<0.05);Spearman相关性分析发现嗜铬细胞瘤组织中pVHL与HIF-1α和HIF-2α表达程度均呈负相关。HIF-1α和HIF-2α无明显相关。结论:嗜铬细胞瘤中pVHL与HIF-α存在相关性,这在嗜铬细胞瘤发生发展中有重要意义,可能成为治疗和诊断嗜铬细胞瘤的靶点之一。Objective： To investigate the expressions of von Hippel-Lindau protein（pVHL） and hypoxia-inducible factor-α（HIF-α） in sporadic pheochromocytoma and their relationships. Methods： Expression of pVHL,HIF-1αand HIF-2α was detected in 40 cases of sporadic pheochromocytoma and 20 cases of normal adrenal medulla by immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression of pVHL between sporadic pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal medulla had no statistical significance.Through Spearman correlation analysis,we found that the expression between pVHL and HIF-1α,HIF-2α was negative correlated.There was no relation between HIF-1α and HIF-2α. Conclusion： There was negative relationship between pVHL and HIF-α in pheochromocytomas,which has great significance in occurrence and development of pheochromocytoma,and may become the target for treatment and diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
