CT导引^(125)I粒子植入治疗肝癌25例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察125I粒子植入治疗肝癌的临床疗效。方法:对25例不适宜行外科手术治疗的肝癌患者行CT导引下瘤体内125I粒子植入,其中原发肝癌16例,转移性肝癌9例。根据治疗计划系统(TPS)计算布源,采用18.50～37 MBq活度的125I粒子,粒子间距一般在1.00～1.50 cm。结果:随诊CT复查25例患者CR6例,PR12例,NC7例,总有效率(CR+PR)为72.00%。结论:125I粒子永久性植入治疗肝癌效果令人满意,并发症少,且易于防护,有良好的临床应用前景。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of I^125 implantation treatments of the liver cancer.Methods：CT guided radioactive seed I^125 implantation was performed in 25 cases,16 cases were primary carcinoma and 9 cases were metastasis carcinoma in this group.Under CT guidance,I^125 seeds were implanted into tumor according TPS.Plane implanted technique was adopted with I^125 seeds of 18.5～37 MBq at a distance of 1.00～1.50 cm.Results：Followed up CT in 25 cases,6 obtained CR,12 PR and 7 NC.All efficacy（CR＋PR） was 72%.Conclusion：We are satisfied with the effectiveness of which I^125 permanent implant treatment of liver cancer have less complications and easy-to-protection.There are good prospects for clinical application.
