摘  要:阐述了教学质量是学校的生命线,提高教学质量是当代世界高等教育发展的共同主题。认为我国在迈出实现高等教育大众化第一步的同时,也对教学质量产生了一定的冲击;高等教育也将成为加入WTO后教育服务市场对外开放的主要领域。因此如何提高高等学校教学质量已成亟待解决的一大问题。指出ISO9000族质量管理体系标准,因其丰富的内涵及科学性、先进性,可以为教育行业所借鉴,以及高等学校教学质量管理引入ISO9000的必要性和可行性。It is clarified that the teaching quality is the lifeline of universities and improving teaching quality is one of common themes which universities concern.It is pointed out that the first pace of our country’s higher learning education popularization also impulses the teaching quality,furthermore,the higher education will also become the main realm of our country’s education sevice marked to open outward after entering WTO.How to improve the teaching quality of universities and colleges becomes one great problem nowadays.It is pointed out that ISO9000 family standards have rich connotation,a better scientific nature and advancement,so it can also be used in the educational field.The necessity and possibility of university and college teaching quality management by introducing ISO9000 are introduced.
