摘 要:研究了衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物(IA-Co-AA)的微波辐射合成及其助洗性能,并与常规方法制得产品的助洗性能进行了比较。结果表明,微波辐射法合成IA-Co-AA的较佳工艺条件是:衣康酸(IA)与丙烯酸(AA)的摩尔比为1∶3.5;以过硫酸铵作为引发剂,其用量为单体总质量的7.0%;微波辐射功率为600 W,辐射时间为6 m in。用微波辐射法合成的IA-Co-AA的助洗性能明显优于常规合成法所制备的产品。Synthesis of itaconic-acrylic acid copolymer(IA-Co-AA) under microwave irradiation was investigated.Its detergent building properties were also evaluated,and compared with those of the copolymer synthesized via conventional method.Based on the experimental results,the optimal mole ratio of IA to AA under microwave irradiation was found as 1∶3.5.Using ammonium persulfate as initiator,the dosage is 7.0% of the total mass of the monomers.The reaction was carried out under microwave irradiation of power 600 W for 6 min.Comparison of the detergent building properties of the synthesized copolymer and the conventionally synthesized copolymer showed that the performance of the former is significantly better than that of the latter.
