阳澄湖湖区与围网养殖区浮游细菌群落结构变化研究

摘　　要：通过对江苏阳澄湖20个采样点不同季节的浮游细菌采样调查,并结合PCR-DGGE技术对群落结构变化进行了分析。结果显示,阳澄湖东湖、中湖、西湖3个湖之间的异养细菌数量均在103～104个/mL之间,差异不明显,围网养殖区与非养殖区也无显著差异。细菌多样性由西湖、东湖、中湖逐渐降低,3个湖区多样性差别不大,但围网养殖区细菌多样性显著降低。相似性分析表明各湖区的细菌群落结构相似性较高,而围网养殖区的群落结构同时受到周边湖水和养殖环境的影响。相似性与样点距离相关性分析表明,细菌群落相似性与样点距离具有明显的负相关。The bacteria communities at 20 sampling points in Yangcheng Lake were studied with PCR-DGGE in different seasons.The results showed that the bacteria abundances ranging from 10^3 to 10^4 CFU/mL in all samples and no significant level were observed, including the samples from the enclosure culture.The DGGE showed that the dominant microbial changed in different seasons, diversities of bacteria decreased by west lake,east lake and middle lake, especially in the enclosure culture area.The similarity of bacteria communities in each small lake was obtained, and the communities in the net were affected by the lake and the culturing condition.It was also showed the significant negative correlation between similarities and distance.
