归脾丸对精神分裂症后抑郁的辅助治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨归脾丸治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的辅助治疗作用。方法:60例精神分裂症后抑郁患者随机分为归脾丸与米氮平合用组与单用米氮平组,疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和治疗中出现症状的量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:归脾丸与米氮平合用组有效率93%显著高于单用米氮平组73%(P<0.05);合用组HAMD评分降分显著较多(P<0.01)。结论:归脾丸对精神分裂症后抑郁症状有一定的增效作用,不良反应未见增加。Objective： To explore the efficacy and adverse reaction of Guipi pills （integrative Chinese medicine） on the treatment of past-schizophrenia depression. Method： The sixty patients with past-schizophrenia depression were randomly assigned to Guipi group （treated with Guipi pills plus mirtazapine） and mirtazapine group （treated with mirtazapine） for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Hamilton depression rating scale for depression （HAMD） ,positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and the adverse reaction by treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） . Results： Guipi group showed effective rate of 93% which significantly higher than 73% of mirtazapine group（P 0. 05） . The HAMD scores decreased significantly more in Guipi group than in mirtazapine group（P 0. 01） . Conclusion： The Guipi pills are superior to mirtazapine in the treatment of past-schizophrenia depression.
