电针治疗老年抑郁症的增效作用

摘　　要：目的:验证电针对老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:对66例老年抑郁症患者随机分为合用组(西酞普兰合用电针)和单用组(单用西酞普兰),疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:两组治疗后各时段HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.01),合用组下降更为显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应无明显差异。结论:西酞普兰合用电针可治疗老年抑郁症,安全性好。Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of citalopram combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of senile depression. Method： 66 patients with senile depression were randomly divided into combining group （citalopram combined with electric acupuncture） and control group （citalopram only） for 6 weeks. Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy safety. Results： At each treatment period,combining group displayed more HAMD score reduction significantly than control group （P 0. 05） ,although two groups showed HAMD score decrease （all P 0. 01） . No statistical differences were found on TESS scores between the two groups. Conclusion： Citalopram combined with electric acupuncture in treatment of senile depression may augment the treatment effect and has a better safety.
