摘　　要：目的:探讨survivin、微血管密度和微淋巴管密度在食管腺癌淋巴结转移中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测41例食管腺癌survivin的表达情况,并对微血管密度和微淋巴管密度计数。结果:淋巴结转移患者survivin阳性率为84.62%,淋巴结未转移患者survivin阳性率为53.3%。survivin阳性患者微血管密度明显高于阴性患者(P<0.01)。结论:食管腺癌中survivin与淋巴结转移有关,survivin的表达与微血管密度有关。Objective To investigate the relationship of survivin,microvessel density,microlymphatic vessel density with lymph node metastasis of esophagus adenocarcinoma.Methods Envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of survivin,microvessel density and microlymphatic density in 41 cases of the esophagus adenocarcinoma.Results The positive expression rate of survivin in patients with lymph node metastasis（84.62%） was higher than that in patients without no lymph node metastasis（53.3%）.Microvessel density in patients with positive expression of survivin was higher than that in patients with negative expression（P0.01）.Conclusion Survivin is related to lymphatic metastasis,and the expression of survivin is related to microvessel density in esophagus adenocarcinoma.
