论思想政治教育在大学生就业中的作用

摘　　要：思想政治教育是高等学校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,也是大学生就业教育的重要环节。思想政治教育有助于大学生树立科学的择业观和良好的职业道德素质,有助于加强大学生就业的心理素质和大学生创新意识的形成,农业院校大学生就业存在人生价值观定位不准确,就业观念陈旧僵化;社会诚信意识淡薄,就业心理素质较差;综合素质不高,创新精神与竞争意识欠缺。因此,要加强思想政治教育,增强大学生学农、爱农意识;加强形势政策教育,确立大学生合理的就业标准;加强道德素质教育,增强大学生的社会责任感和使命感;加强心理健康教育,增强就业挫折的承受力和意志力。通过加强大学生就业过程中的思想政治教育工作,培养大学生科学的择业观和就业观,促进大学生成功就业。Ideological and political education is not only an important part of higher education but also an important link of employment, which is thought to help students to develop scientific and corrected professional morality, and improve college students＇ psychological quality and innovation consciousness in employment. Problems exist in the students of agricultural colleges and universities, such as the inaccurate orientation of the outlooks on life and values, the obsolete rigid mentality on employment, the indifference to honesty, the fragile employment psychology, the poor comprehensive quality, and the lack of innovation spirit and sense of competition. Therefore, it is suggested that the awareness of studying agriculture and loving agriculture be strengthened among students by doing effective ideological and political work; students be also helped to establish reasonable employment standards by strengthening employment-oriented situation-and- policy-related education; college students＇ sense of social responsibility and mission be strengthened by improving the quality of moral education; students＇ability to psychologically resist frustrations caused by employment failures be developed by strengthening the psychological-health education; and the views of scientific job selection and scientific employment be developed among students by strengthening the ideological and political education work to promote the employment of university students.
