摘　　要：分析我国中小企业物流管理的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,即SWOT分析,据此提出相应的解决对策。主要运用对比分析方法与定性分析方法进行研究,强调我国中小企业在物流管理的过程中,既有发展机会,也有发展威胁,既具有发展优势,也存在发展劣势。因此,必须要采取合理对策以利用机会和优势,同时避免威胁和克服劣势,这样才能不断提高我国中小企业物流管理水平。The purpose of the paper mainly is aimed at the analysis of the strenth, weak, opportunity and threat of the SMEs logistics management, that is to say, SWOT analysis, and then should present the measures. The thesis adopts the method of comparative analysis and method of quantitative analysis. The paper draws that there are opportunities and weaks, strengths and threats in the process of the SMEs logistics management. The thesis consults that it must utilize the opportunity, develop the strenth, adviod the threat and get over the weak so order to improve the standard of SMEs logistics management.
