摘　　要：为了提高工程项目物流服务的安全性和时效性,依据工程项目物流的特点和4PL的本质功能,运用4PL的理论和技术,针对工程项目物流问题,在明晰工程项目4PL的具体内容的基础上,从信息共享、资源整合和利益分配等方面,探析了工程物流决策支持系统的构成与运作机制。In order to improve the security and the temporal effectiveness of the project logistics, according to the characteristics of the project logistics and the essential function of the 4PL, by exerting the theory and technology of the gPL and concerning to the problem of the project logistics, on the base of clarifying the details of the gPL of the project, this paper analyzes the composing of the decision support system and the operating mechanism from the information sharing, the resource integration, the distribution of the benefits and so on.
