摘　　要：针对一起10 kV配电变压器高压侧避雷器爆炸引起的低压侧用户电击死亡事件,分析了触电事故的原因,提出了保证配电系统和人身安全的有效措施。In view of a shock death accident of the low pressure side user caused by the arrester explosion of the high-pressure side of 10 kV distribution transformers,this paper analyzes the cause of the accident of electric shock and proposes some ensure effective measures for the protection of distribution system and personal safety.
