摘　　要：我们需要完善教师人事改革的相关立法,规范教师聘任制的实施,解决人事争议行政救济法律适用上的困惑和混乱问题;应当完善教师行政申诉和行政复议在受理范围、机关、程序和期限等方面的制度;还应当将教师与学校之间的教师资格认定和职称评定纠纷纳入行政诉讼的受案范围。As to administrative relief on teacher＇s rights and interests,we shall perfect relative laws on teacher＇s personnel system reform,so as to regulate the implementation of teacher appointment system,and solve the problem of confusion in the law application.Meanwhile we shall perfect administrative appeal and reconsideration in accepting scope,organ,procedure,and period and so on.In addition,we shall bring the disputes between teachers and schools over teacher＇s qualification recognition and professional title evaluation into the accepting scope of administrative litigation.
