摘　　要：科技进步与创新是世界经济调整和升级的主要驱动力。文章结合中国企业的实际情况,基于产业创新形势下对企业研发组织建设与管理进行研究,从研发组织建设的要求出发,提炼出典型的研发组织类型,并提出加强研发组织管理的对策建议。Scientific and technological progress and innovation is the main driving force of the world＇s economic adjustment and upgrading. Combining the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, this paper makes a research about building enterprise R＆D organization and management under the situation of industrial innovation; and from the R＆D organization-construction requirements, it proceeds to extract the typical type of R＆D organization and proposes measures to strengthen the management of the R＆D organization.
