摘　　要：目的观察鸦胆子油乳联合EP方案(足叶乙甙+顺铂)治疗晚期小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法采用鸦胆子油乳联合足叶乙甙+顺铂治疗晚期小细胞肺癌23例(治疗组),并设单独足叶乙甙+顺铂化疗组22例作对照。结果治疗组客观疗效与化疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在改善症状,提高生活质量、减轻化疗药物的不良反应方面优于化疗组(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳联合EP方案治疗晚期小细胞肺癌客观疗效与化疗组相当,但能改善症状,提高生活质量、减轻化疗药物的不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of brucea javanica oil emulsion combined cisplatin and etoposide in the treatment of small cell lung cancer in advanced stage.Methods Twenty-three patients of advanced small cell lung cancer received therapy of brucea javanica oil emulsion combined cisplatin and etoposide.Twenty-two patients as contrast group just received the treatment of cisplatin and etoposide.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The efficacy of the two groups had no significance（P〈0.05）.But brucea javanica oil emulsion could relieve the symptom and side effects of chemotherapy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using brucea javanica oil emulsion combined cisplatin and etoposide has the similar efficacy with chemotherapy of cisplatin and etoposide for advanced small cell lung cancer.But it is superior to the latter in relieving side effects and improving living quality.
