摘　　要：山水文化与休闲体育的融合,因其独特的魅力在桂林人的休闲生活中占据了重要的地位。桂林的山水休闲体育文化因其无与伦比的自然环境和文化内涵,一直影响着桂林人的生活方式、价值取向、行为特点和心理定势。因为桂林山水休闲体育彰显出"生命本身"体悟自由的目的;展示"野逸"的品格;体现了"天人合一"的哲学思想,符合中国城市民众的思维方式、精神面貌、心理定势和价值取向而被大众所崇尚,是桂林民众休闲体育的主要选择内容,也成为提升桂林城市文化品位的重要项目之一。The integration of landscape culture and leisure sports occupy an important position in the leisure hie of Guilin and it also affects people＇ s way of life, values, behavior characteristics and mental orientation by their unique natural environment and cultural connotations. Landscape leisure sports of Guilin underlines ＂life itself＂, understanding of purpose to display the wild character, and embodies the principle of ＂harmony between man and nature＂ with philosophical thinking. In line with China＇s urban people＇ s way of thinking, mental outlook, psychological and value orientation set by the public advocating, leisure sports is the main choice by people, and has also become an important cultural grade one to upgrade the city culture.
