摘　　要：市场经济的发展,对大学教育提出变革要求,社会对人才需求表现为多变性。在对民族院校近年来经济学专业毕业生社会需求和就业状况分析的基础上,提出民族高校经济学专业的人才培养模式改革方案。The development of market economy demands the reform of college education and the flexibility in the cultivation of talents which can meet the need of the society.The paper starts with an analysis of the job markets for economics graduates and the employment situation of economics graduates from Dalian Nationalities University these years,and comes up with a training model for economics professionals in Nationalities Universities.
