坚强内固定治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折37例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折的方法。方法:采用微型钛板坚强内固定术治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折患者37例。结果:术后伤口均一期愈合,面部形态对称,无功能障碍。结论:微型钛板坚强内固定术的固定效果确切满意,是治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折良好的方法。Objective： To discuss a method to treat zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures.Methods： 37 Patients were treated with rigid internal fixation with titanium microplates.Results： The incisions were coalesce first stage postoperative,facial contour were symmetry and no function disorderwere found.Conclusion： Rigid internal fixation with titanium microplates ensures good results and is easy to perform;it is a good method for the treatment of zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures.
