摘  要:以番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)品种金鹏一号为试材,将大棚两侧通风口设置为3种不同的开张高度,研究了不同通风量栽培条件下对于春茬番茄货架期品质相关指标的影响。结果表明:大棚两侧通风口高度设置为0.7 m相比于高度设置为1.5 m和0.1 m贮藏初期Vc含量上升明显,果实硬度、可滴定酸含量高,可溶性糖含量、呼吸速率低,果实货架期分别延长4 d和6 d;相对来说,通风口高度为0.7 m时果实货架品质中硬度、可滴定酸及货架期时间等指标优于其他两个处理,可溶性糖含量低于其他两个处理,高度为1.5m则表现相反。Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum cv.Jinpeng 1) was used to study the effects of different ventilations in greenhouse cultivation on several physiological characters during shelf life.The results indicated that under the condition of the greenhouse's air vents set at 0.7 m high on both sides of the greenhouse compared to 1.5 m and 0.1 m,Vc contents increased significantly at initial storage,fruit firmness,titratable acid content was high,respiratory rate,soluble sugar content low,extending the shelf life of fruit 4 d and 6 d respectively.Relatively speaking,quality fruit in the determination time under vent high of 0.7 m was better than the other two,the performance under 1.5 m height was contrary.
