摘　　要：为了更好适应农药创新人才培养的需要,改革农药学课程实验学体系是提高学生知识的一项有效措施。系统地介绍了农药学实验教学的现状与改革思路,从更新改革理念、优化教学结构体系、建立学生自我评价体系方面进行实验教学体系建设,并结合实验室工作体会提出建设与管理开放化实验室的构思设想。In order to adapt to the need to cultivate innovative talents,reforming the pesticide courses experimental teaching system is an effective measure to improve students＇ knowledge and skills.The status of the experimental teaching of pesticide study and contemplation were systematically introduced.To build the experiment teaching system construction was from the reforming idea renewal ,optimizing the teaching structure system, establishing the students＇ self-evaluation system.Based on the working experience in laboratory,the tentative idea digitalizing laboratory management was proposed.
