摘  要:目的:了解上海市闵行区农贸市场和超市中部分农副产品副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)的污染状况、毒力基因携带及基因分型情况,并进行耐药性研究,为副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病的预警提供基础数据。方法:按国标GB/T4789.7-2008对样品进行副溶血性弧菌的分离、生化鉴定;PCR扩增进行tdh、trh 2种毒力基因的检测;脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行聚类分析;用K-B法进行抗生素耐药性研究。结果:373份样品中共检出副溶血性弧菌38株,食品污染率为10.2%;所检出菌株均不携带tdh、trh 2种毒力基因;PFGE共分为38种带型,呈现明显多态性;分离菌株对氨苄西林、奥格门汀耐药较严重,对氨苄西林的耐药率高达92.1%,对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、甲氧苄啶、氯霉素、四环素、头孢类抗生素100%敏感。结论:闵行地区部分食品中存有副溶血性弧菌交叉污染,检出菌株间遗传同源关系较远;存有副溶血性弧菌耐药菌株。Objective:To investigate the contamjnatjon status and correlative biological characteristics of VP in agricultural products in Minhang district,and doing drug resistance,to offer date for establishing early-warning systm of food poisoning caused by VP.Methods:The VP was isolated from agricultural products according to GB/T4789.7-2008,and that identified by biochemical test;Virulence genes about tdh and trh were examined by PCR;Analyzed the molecular subtying by PFGE,and adopting software-BioNumerics to do the clustering;K-B method was used to do the drug resistance.Results:The38 strains without tdh and trh were isolated from 373 samples,the positive rate was 10.2%;There were 38 distractive PFGE patterns,and showed completely different;Most strains showed resistance to ampicillin,amoxycillin/clavulanic acid,The resistance rate to ampiciIlin was 92.1%,All the strains showed sensitivity to ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,gentamicin,amikacin,trimethoprim,chloramphenicol,tetracycline and cephalosporins.Conclusion:The cross-contamination Of VP in agricultural products in Minhang was rather severe,the homology of certain strains showed low similary;the drug-resistant strains were existence in agricultural products.
