摘  要:目的:研究血中锰的测定方法。方法:取一定试样用浓硝酸消化后,应用石墨炉原子吸收测定其锰的含量。结果:本方法测定血锰最低测定浓度为0.001 mg/L,回收率为98.4%~99.3%。结论:石墨炉原子吸收测定血锰具有快速、准确、灵敏等优点,适于推广。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of manganese in whole blood.Methods:The sample was digested with a mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid(1+4) and manganese was determined by graphite furnace atomic spectrometry.Results:Using this method,the least determination of manganese was 0.001 mg/L and the recovery rate was in the range of 98.4%~99.3%.Conclusion:The method has many advantages such as celerity,high accuracy and degree of precision.It is appropriate for spreading.
