摘 要:目的:为了了解吉林省部分食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2、M1的污染情况,为吉林省食品安全提供基本科学依据。方法:从2004年开始在全省九个地区共采集大米、玉米、花生酱、花生油、花生仁、芝麻酱、牛奶等样品150份。粉碎后经乙腈/水提取、过滤、净化后,经三氟乙酸衍生,进入高效液相色谱仪测定。结果:2004年-2008年间,在监测产品中都没有检测出黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2和M1;而从2008年监测结果中可以看出定型包装牛奶中存在一定程度黄曲霉毒素污染情况。结论:市售食品黄曲霉毒素污染水平总体较低,但是部分食品中仍存在污染,应采取针对措施,以提高食品安全性。Objective:To realize the contamination of total aflatoxins in market food in Jilin,and provide the basic data for food safety.Methods:The samples from nine region were collected randomly from markets,with the totally 150 samples.The samples were grounded and added to acetonitrile /water mixture.After filtering,the extract was transferred into a purifying column and pressed slowly.Then the purified liquid was derivatizated with trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) and detected by using a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:Form 2004 to 2008,in the monitoring of products are not detected aflatoxins B1,B2,G1,G2,and M1;from 2008 can be seen in tahini,stereotypes packing milk exist in varying degrees of aflatoxin contamination.Conclusion:The overall level of contamination in market food were low,but some foods were still contaminationed.Pertinent measures should be taken to reduce the contaminations ingesting.
