丽水市贝类中副溶血性弧菌的血清分型及耐药性

摘　　要：目的:了解丽水市贝类中副溶血性弧菌的血清型分布及耐药性,为防治副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供依据。方法:从丽水市区农贸市场等采集贝壳类,常规方法分离副溶血性弧菌,参照GB/T4789.7-2008方法,用标准血清进行分型,用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果:检出阳性标本28份,检出率为26.67%(28/105)。分离得到的28株副溶血性弧菌分属于7个血清群,分别为O:4群占39.29%(11/28)、O:3群占14.29%(4/28)、O:2群占14.29%(4/28)、O:11群占14.29%(4/28)、O:1群占7.14%(2/28)、O:7群占7.14%(2/28)、O:10群占3.57%(1/28)。28株副溶血性弧菌中有25株对氨苄西林耐药,1株对四环素耐药。结论:从丽水市贝类分离的副溶血性弧菌具有血清分群多样化和耐药性简单的特点。Objective：To understand the serotype distribution and resistance to antibiotics of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from shellfish,and provide evidence for prevetion and treatment of disease caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods：Shellfish were collected from farm produce market of Lishui city and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated by Routine assay.According to the standard technique GB/T 4789.7-2008,serotyping were determined by standard serum and drug-resistances were tested by disk diffusion method.Results：28 shellfish were infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The positive rate was 26.67%（28/105）.28 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus consisted of seven serum groups,O：4 39.29%（11/28）,O：3 14.29%（4/28）,O：2 14.29%（4/28）,O：11 14.29%（4/28）,O：1 7.14%（2/28）,O：7 7.14%（2/28）,O：10 3.57%（1/28）.Susceptibility tests showed that 25 strains were resistant to ampicillin and 1 strain was resistant to decycline.Conclusion：The Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the shellfish in Lishui City have diversified characteristics of serological type and simple drug resistance.
