摘  要:针对MG750/1915型电牵引采煤机在工作时发生的摇臂下降问题,建立了以摇臂下降为顶事件的故障树,通过布尔代数运算,得到故障树的各阶最小割集。根据最小割集求得故障树顶事件的发生概率及基本事件的结构重要度、概率重要度和关键重要度。结构重要度和概率重要度的排序结果表明,单向阀和活塞密封圈是影响采煤机调高系统可靠性的主要因素。并根据关键重要度的排序给出了摇臂下降故障的诊断策略。As the decline of rocking arm of MG750/1915 electric traction shearer occurs during operation, the fault tree with decline of rocking arm being the top event was established, and the minimum cut-set of each level of fault tree obtained by Boolean calculation. According to the minimum cut-set, occurrence probability of top event of fault tree as well as structure importance, probability importance and critical importance of basic events were deduced. As to the ordering results of the structure importance and probability importance of basic events, it is shown that the check valve and piston sealing ring are the main factors affecting the reliability of height adjustment system of the shearer. In addition, the strategy for diagnosing the decline fault of rocking arm was offered according to the order of critical importance.
