SULT1A1和雌、孕激素受体蛋白在子宫肌瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测人子宫肌瘤组织、相应肌瘤包膜外肌层组织及正常子宫肌层中硫酸基转移酶1A1(SULT1A1)、雌激素受体亚型(ERα、ERβ)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达,并分析其相互关系。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测30例子宫肌瘤组织、相应肌瘤包膜外肌层组织及10例正常子宫肌层组织中SULT1A1、ERα、ERβ和PR的表达,用SPSS11.0统计分析软件对其进行统计及相关性分析。结果肌瘤包膜外肌层组织及正常子宫肌层组织中SULT1A1蛋白的含量明显高于子宫肌瘤组织中含量(P<0.05),子宫肌瘤组织中ERα、PR蛋白表达明显高于肌瘤包膜外肌层组织及正常子宫肌层组织(P<0.05)且与SULT1A1之间均存在显著负相关。结论 ERα、PR是子宫肌瘤发生、发展的促进因素,SULT1A1可能是子宫肌瘤发生过程中的抑制因素。Objective To examine the expression of sulfotransferases1A1、estrogen receptor α,estrogen receptor β and progesterone receptor in uterine leiomyoma tissue,normal myometrium out of uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue.Analysis the correlative expression of them.Methods Immune histochemistry（streptobacteria anti organism protein-peroxidase staining）was used to detect the expressions of SULT1A1,ERα,ERβ and PR in uterine leiomyoma tissue,normal myometrium out of uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue.Using spss 11.0 software to do statistic analysis.Results The expression of SULT1A1 protein in normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping membrane of myoma and in normal myometrium tissue is obvious higher than in uterine leiomyoma tissue（P〈0.05）.The expression of ERα、PR protein in uterine leiomyoma tissue is obvious higher than in normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping membrane of myoma and in normal myometrium tissue（P〈0.05）,and have significantly negative relationship with the SULT1A1.Conclusion Estrogen receptor α and estrogen receptor β can promote the occurrence and development of hysteromyoma,sulfotransferases1A1 maybe play a suppression role in uterine myoma.
